Getting Started

Help Is Here!

The decision to hire an in-home caregiver is never an easy one.

It can also be extremely confusing and overwhelming to sift through the information and options that are available.

Our goal at Always There Health Care is to provide you with the information you need to make the best decision, and to connect you to the right solution for you – whether that is with our agency or another community resource.

Take a Deep Breath and Give Us a Call

A good first step is to simply call our office and share your story with one of our senior care experts. We are here to listen, first and foremost.

Once we understand the challenges you’re facing, we can help you problem-solve to determine how to overcome them. That may mean connecting you with a local, trusted home modification provider to install a ramp or grab bars; or helping you locate an attorney with specific expertise in elder law.

Whatever the need, we are here to ensure you find resolution.

The Role of Home Care

Many times, the difficulties we hear from families can be eased through an in-home caregiver. Home care is a wonderful option for a senior who is:

Who Qualifies for Home Care?

Anyone who can benefit from support in the home to remain safe, socially engaged, and thriving is eligible for our home care services.

The Process

After the initial phone call with you, we will schedule an in-home consultation (provided at no charge) to meet the senior in need of care in his or her home environment. This allows us to get to know him or her personally, as well as to assess the home for any safety risks.
We can then create a personalized care plan that outlines exactly how we can help, along with any recommendations we may have to make the home safer and more comfortable for the senior.
With the care plan in place, we carefully match just the right caregiver, based on similar personality types, interests, likes/dislikes, and specific areas of expertise.
Because we know that time is very often of the essence in starting home care services, we can accomplish all of this quickly – usually within a day or two of your initial call.
